Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco screen protector — one that fits and holds

What is specific to Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco screens
Redmi and Poco have a flat screen — standard glass; Xiaomi 13/14 Pro and Ultra have a curved screen — full-glue or UV glass. The fingerprint reader is optical in-screen (Note, Poco) or on the side in the power button (Redmi 13C, Note 12) — neither is affected by glass. Xiaomi uses hard screen glass (Gorilla Glass 5 on most), but keys still scratch it; a protector for a few euros saves a screen that costs 60–120 € to replace.
Types of protection
- 9H tempered glass — the standard: it breaks, not the screen; touch feel like bare glass.
- Full glue / UV — for curved screens; adhesive over the whole surface, no unbonded edge or rainbow.
- Privacy — readable head-on only; for commuting and the office.
- Matte (anti-glare) — no reflections or fingerprints; for games and sunlight.
- Hydrogel film — flexible, follows edges, does not crack and is harder to damage than glass; we cut it to size (€6.90, privacy €7.90).
- Camera protector — take it with the glass, keys scratch the camera first.
